These terms apply when you use coldforge.ca, scripts.coldforge.ca, your Coldforge account, or anything you buy from us. By using our sites or buying from us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Coldforge Agentic Services is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We build agentic services, templates and digital products for new and growing businesses.
2. Your account
Our websites share one login. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at our contact page if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 19 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to buy from us. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. What we sell
- Digital products, such as the Starter Brief, the Kickoff Pack, scripts and templates: files delivered to your account or email after payment.
- Services, such as the hosted Agentic Business Launch and the optional ongoing technical service: work we do for you under a written scope we agree before we start, including the timeline.
- Free resources, such as the handoff template: offered under the conditions shown beside the word “Free”.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (GST and PST) are added at checkout and shown before you pay. The Agentic Business Launch is one price of CAD $4,498 plus applicable taxes. It includes setting up the customer's domain and hosting as part of the build; the accounts are held in the customer's name, and renewals, ongoing hosting and domain costs, and Apple or Android app-store registration fees are paid by the customer directly; the ongoing technical service is optional and priced separately. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your banking data on our servers.
5. Refunds
Our Refund policy forms part of these terms. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered to your account or by email once payment clears. Services are delivered on the timeline agreed in your written scope. For the Agentic Business Launch, our target is two weeks from completed intake, and we guarantee delivery within 30 days of completed intake. The clock starts when intake is complete: company details, logo, branding, business model, and the software used today for inventory, finance and sales. If something is late or missing, email our contact page.
7. Licence to use our materials
When you download or buy a template, script or other file, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit it in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it as your own product. We keep all intellectual property in our sites, templates, scripts and brand.
8. Your content
You own what you send us. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service you asked for. We do not train models on your files.
9. AI agents and your approval
Our services use AI agents. Agent output can contain errors, so you review and approve anything sent, published or relied on in your name. You are responsible for having consent before any commercial email goes out under your name.
10. Templates are general tools
Our templates, scripts and guides are general business tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use our sites or services to break the law, send spam, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
12. Limitation of liability
We provide our sites and products with care, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim is about, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under the law of British Columbia or Canada.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to purchases made before that date.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
